Specifications include, but are not limited to: investigate, inspect, verify complaints, monitor, train and formulate reports concerning the Manufactured Home Installation Program and SAA Program. CONTRACTOR shall work with the STATE to outline their travel (State locations, etc.) CONTRACTOR acknowledges travel costs may be claimed using GSA published rates as shown below. 1 Lodging: Reimbursement shall not exceed the then-current, published GSA rate for the travel location. Copies of receipts are required for lodging reimbursement. STATE shall not reimburse for incidental and miscellaneous expenses charged to the room, including alcohol, telephone charges, or entertainment (e.g., movies). 2 Transportation: Reimbursement for owner operated vehicle mileage is provided at the GSA published rate. Reimbursement for rented, chartered, or contracted vehicle transportation shall be limited to reasonable rates as determined by STATE. Travel shall be capped at reimbursement for one trip to each location.
