The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Operations Construction Branch (AAQ-5A0) has a need to replace roofing and refurbish doors at three (3) locations in and around The San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport (OAKA, OAKQ, OAKZ), Oakland, CA.
The estimated construction magnitude for these projects is between $450,000.00 and $600,000.00. Se the attached Request for Offers (RFO) package for details.
A one-time site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Site Visit attendees will meet with Mr Ira Farnoush at Oakland SSC Office, 1029 Grumman St., Oakland, CA. Please have valid picture identification ready for inspection upon arrival.
Site visit attendees shall pre-announce their intent to inspect the site no later than noon Pacific time on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. Prospective offerors shall email the names of all site visit attendees to Angela.Layman@faa.gov and Karen.V-CTR.Czerwiec@faa.gov.
Requests for Information (RFIs) arising from the site visit shall be emailed to Karen.V-CTR.Czerwiec@faa.gov no later than noon on July 22, 2024. Responses to RFIs will be provided in writing via solicitation amendment only. No RFIs will be answered during the site visit.
Offers are due no later than 4pm Pacific time on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. All offers shall be emailed to Angela.Layman@faa.gov and Karen.V-CTR.Czerwiec@faa.gov.
