The 136th Airlift Wing has a requirement to replace the HVAC control systems for the Maintenance Group in Building 1675 at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. The current control system is obsolete and no longer supported by the original manufacturer. Therefore, a new direct digital control system is needed. It is the Government’s intent for the contractor to provide a complete and usable HVAC system by providing a single, integrated, and operational HVAC control system that would allow for monitoring and control using the NIAGARA system.
This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.
