The purpose of this Sources Sought is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide landscape and/or groundskeeping Services at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Albuquerque Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located at 8000 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.
This will be Competitive 8(a), no direct awards will be considered.

An OPTIONAL site visit will be offered. Details on the site visit will be included as an attachment to the Solicitation (SIR).
