The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Four Corners Regional Medical Center (FCRHC) located in Red Mesa, Arizona 86514 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Service Contract for two (3) Registered Nurses (RN) services for the Ambulatory Care Department.
The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for a base period of six (6) months plus one (1) Option Period of six (6) months.
**It is the responsibility of the Offeror to submit only qualified, applicable and available full-time personnel. Any personnel submitted by multiple offerors will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration**

Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in according with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by July 19, 2024. The acquisition is an Indian-Owned Small Business.
