General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

South: James T Wilson Fishing Pier, head South along the coast of the Chesapeake Bay, around Fort Monroe until Hampton Roads
Beltway (664).
East: South on GW Memorial Highway (Hwy 17) to intersection with Victory Blvd (Rt 171). East on Victory Blvd (Rt 171) to intersection with Carys Chapel Rd. Carys Chapel Rd South to intersection with Wythe Creek Rd (Rt 172). Intersection of Carys Chapel Rd and Wythe Creek Rd (Rt 172), East along the Northeast Branch Back River. South along the NE Branch Back River towards Back River. Continue South along Back River towards Southwest Branch Back River. Continue South on SW Branch Back River until intersection with Newmark Creek and Mercury Blvd (Rt 258). East on E Mercury Blvd (Rt 258) until intersection with E Pembroke Ave (Rt 351). East on E Pembroke Ave until deadend into Buckroe Beach and Park.
West: Intersection of Hampton Roads Beltway (664) and Burwell Bay. North up the coast of Burwell Bay/James River, Skiffes Creek up into Skiffes Creek Reservoir.

Additional Requirements:
1. Contiguous space on one floor is required.
2. Offered office space must be above the first floor and below the top floor of the offered building.
3. Offered space must be a minimum of 500 feet away from Day Care Facilities, Abortion Clinics, Mental Health Clinics,Drug Rehabilitation Centers, Hospital, Schools, Churches, Prisons, Residential Neighborhoods
4. Offered space must not be in a building that houses day care facilities, abortion clinics, immigration, probations, Public
Defenders and/or social services [including but not limited to: Social Security Administration (SSA) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
5. Offered space must not be in a shopping mall or shopping center.
6. At least one (1) elevator, either passenger, freight or parking garage must have capability of controlled access to the offered space.
7. The Government requires twenty-seven (27) reserved parking spaces (either structure or surface) for the exclusive use
of the Government. At a minimum, twelve (12) spaces shall be reserved and secure.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
