Description of Services: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment required to clean the exhauster systems and affiliated ductwork. All cleaning shall be performed in a professional manner and shall comply with all applicable standards as set forth by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA). The government reserves the right to increase or decrease maintenance frequencies or add and remove units from the cleaning schedule, provided that it has been approved by the Base Fire Inspector, and properly coordinated through the Contracting Officer (CO). Period of Performance (PoP): 01 October 2024 - 30 September 2029 (12 month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods).
Expected Award Date: On or about 01 September 2024.

All questions must be submitted by 1630 MST on 09 July 2024. The questions will be answered and posted anonymously to SAM.gov by 1630 MST on 11 July 2024.
