THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333993 with a small business size standard of 600 employees. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for qualified small businesses. Offerors must be qualified as a small business per the NAICs code size standard. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized.
