SOLICITATION
This acquisition is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19 and a local area evaluation preference authority under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act. See FAR 26.2, Major Disaster or Emergency Assistance Activities.
An evaluation preference will be given for local vendors residing in, or primarily doing business in, the following federally declared disaster counties as stated in DR-4559-LA:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for temporary mobile restroom trailer rental and cleaning services to be delivered to FEMA's DR-4559-LA Staging Area located at England Airfield, 24 N Bayou Rapides Rd, Alexandria, LA 71303. The evaluation factors stated herein support the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.

1. Questions are due by 2:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, June 18,2024.
2. Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. ET on Friday, June 21, 2024. The Government email server has a size limitation of 50MB per email (including attachments). Multiple emails may be required for quote submission. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to confirm all submissions have been received by the Contracting Officer by the due date and time.
3. The questions and quotes shall be submitted by email only to the Contracting Officer at maurice.randolph@fema.dhs.gov.
