The Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center (DEVCOM SC)/Product Manager Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (PdM-SCIE) seeks sources for the manufacture of Radio Frequency (RF) welded coated fabrics, and coated fabrics/Delrin, in accordance with a Department of Defense owned technical data package for production of individual waterproof bags used in rucksacks. These bags will include a positive “zip lock” type closure and air purge valve. All components will be 100% US made. Please indicate the size of your business in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation definition of small or large business, and equipment/machinery owned that is used in RF production settings. Note: This is not an RFI for commercial items.
