The purpose is to award an IDIQ contract for Spoils Removal Services at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to receive, transport, and dispose (or recycle) of soil and vegetative debris mixed with the soil from the existing soil spoils debris sites located within the material laydown area South of Section 23b. There is an existing spoils pile (approximately 2,000 cubic yards, CY) and the Cemetery generates excess spoils daily in the course of burial excavations (approximately 55 CY per month). The intent of this contract is to remove all new spoils the Cemetery generates monthly plus an additional amount each month to reduce the existing spoils pile. Remove soil and buried vegetative debris will be measured in truckload. (A truckload is measured in 10-15 cubic yards)
They exact amount of spoils removed each month fluctuate dependant on needs of the cemetery.
