The National Park Service (NPS) at Cape Hatteras National Seashore (CAHA) has a requirement to demolish multiple utility support buildings, an elevated water tower, a concrete above ground water storage tank, chain link fencing, a few lift stations, a small section of asphalt pavement, and underground utility lines that are all located in Buxton, NC on Loggerhead Lane, and Lighthouse Road.
