Tinker Air Force Base is planning to procure Thermal Spray Coating Evaluation Services for a firm-fixed price purchase order that includes a Base Year plus four Option Years with a period of performance from 1 Aug 2024 through 31 Jul 2029.

Issuance of award will be based on two evaluation factors:
- The lowest Total Price; and,
- Offeror capability and experience [Pass/Fail].
