The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for building repairs as described in attached specifications and drawings.The Schedule of Items includes Optional Items, which are further described on Attachment 3 – Drawings (see page 1 – PROJECT SUMMARY box. Note that Alternates 1, 2, 4, 7, and 8 are not in this contract). The project is located at USDA, ARS, Columbia Plateau Conservation Research Center at 48037 Tubbs Ranch Road, Adams, OR 97810.
