Description of Work: Construction
The work associated with this project shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, training, sampling, and testing necessary to provide and install NSF and/or WQA certified Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems by certified licensed plumbers for three (3) buildings at the Nogales Ranger Station. A recommended manufacturer providing the certified products meeting this requirement is Kinetico Water Company.
The proprietary Kinetico products shall be installed under supervision and inspection by manufacturer’s representative, if Kinetico is not the installer. The Kinetico representative shall be present throughout the installation, including START-UP, to ensure the various systems are properly operating.

To access the Nogales Ranger District Office: From Tucson, AZ, take I-19 S for approximately 55.5 miles to Nogales, AZ. Take exit 12 for Ruby Rd toward Nogales Ranger Station for about 0.2 miles. Then turn left on AZ-289E/E Ruby Rd for 0.1 mile, then turn right onto E Frontage Rd/I-19 Frontage Rd for 0.4 mile, then turn left onto Old Tucson Rd and the destination will be on the left. Latitude: 31.425999, Longitude: - 110.963043°.
Basis for Award:
The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFP Best Value-Tradeoffs: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.
