Description of the Work:
The scope of work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to the development of:
H115 Center Lean-to – Full DBB design to repair and renovate the interior of lean-to to meet all building codes. All Fire Protection systems require replacement, including the under slab fire water supply lines. Replacement of the under slab sanitary sewer lines is also required. The first floor includes an explosive safety room and the 2nd floor requires secure spaces with intrusion detection systems. Roof Hatch to be relocated and replaced.
