The project shall include The work includes replacement of quantity 1 315 ton chiller in Building 1258, quantity 1 360 ton chiller in Building 1259, and incidental related work. All work shall be in accordance with Naval Station Newport Instruction 5090.10 Ozone Depleting Substances (included in 01 57 10 TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS). Provide an asbestos survey for all substances disturbed as part of the project work (refer to specification section 01 57 10 TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS for details).
