345th Military Intelligence Battalion Lodging- July

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: W15QKN-24-Q-0040, Lodging accommodations within Fort Eisenhower, Georgia and Fort Gillem, Georgia for July 2024

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT AND NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION

The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the 345th Military Intelligence (MI) Battalion (BN) has a requirement for lodging as identified in this Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes and in accordance with the attached Attachment 0001- Statement of Work (SOW), dated 14 May 2024.  The lodging shall be within

1. A 25-mile radius of Fort Eisenhower, Georgia 30905, 14 July 2024 - 28 July 2024, and
2. A 20-mile radius of Fort Gillem, GA 30297 14 July 2024 - 28 July 2024

1. Instructions:

All responses to this RFI are no later than Friday 31 May 2024 at 10:00 AM EST.  Please submit a capability statement and/or a lodging proposal. Contractors shall email the Contract Specialist, Zachary Shifrinson, directly at zachary.h. shifrinson.civ@army.mil. When emailing the Contract Specialist, contractors shall also CC the Contracting Officer for this requirement, Katie Lyons, katie.j.lyons.civ@army.mil.  

1. The period of performance is from
   1. 14 July 2024 - 28 July 2024 for Fort Eisenhower, Georgia 30905, and
   2. 14 July 2024 - 28 July 2024 for Fort Gillem, Georgia 30297. 
2. The Lodging shall consist of
   1. 74 rooms, consisting of 6 Single occupancy rooms and 68 Double occupancy rooms, within a 25 mile radius of Fort Eisenhower, GA for the July 2024 dates.
      1. If unable to house all Soldiers in one lodging facility, they may be split up to three (3) locations for the requirement at Fort Eisenhower for the July Period of Performance; among hotel locations are within 5 miles of each other
   2. 39 rooms, consisting of 5 Single occupancy rooms and 34 Double occupancy rooms, within a 20 mile radius of Fort Gillem, GA for the July 2024 dates.
   3. The same facility is not required for both Fort Gillem and Fort Eisenhower.
