Solicitation FA500424Q0016 has been amended to extend quotation due date from 03 June 2024 to 17 June 2024. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
Eielson AFB currently possesses a 2008 Caterpillar D7R11 Tracked Dozer. This equipment, requiring a new engine, is in need of
a replacement. The responsibility for removing the existing engine and installing the replacement will fall upon the future
contractor. The specified replacement engine is a Caterpillar Engine with the following specifications: Model 3176C,
Arrangement Number 248-6391, and Part Number 20R-1944. It is imperative that the new engine meets or exceeds OEM
specifications as per Technical Order 36-1-191, section 1.5.1.2 regarding Replaced Parts. Additionally, we are also
requesting a 2 year or 2000 hour warranty for the engine. For more information please review the attachments to this solicitation.
