Line item 0018 is quantity of one disposal including all sterilizers being deinstalled. Line 0019 - Trade in Credit - Is this for all 4 sterilizers or just the small sterilizer? Line item 0019 is for all four sterilizers. Line 0022 - Install Labor for Sterilizer/Washer - It is not clear what piece of equipment this line pertains to as installation is included previously for each sterilizer. Is this the required General Contractor work (regarding electrical/wall modification work)? Line item 0022 applies to the Turn-Key Renovation work which is mentioned in the Statement of Work #3. Specifications/Characteristics. Nights and Weekends is included in the requirements but does not have a separate line listed. Does this need to be included in the installation price for each sterilizer?
