This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government’s requirement for a Multi-Anode Flash XRay System, including installation and training, to be delivered to Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), Arnold AFB, TN. See Attachment 1 – DRAFT Statement of Work for additional details. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334517, Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1200 employees. The Product/Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 6635, Physical Properties Testing and Inspection.
SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include:
1. Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e- mail address of company point of contact.
2. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number.
3. Technical data for the system proposed to meet the requirement along with a budgetary estimate.
4. Existing contract vehicles (GSA, NASA SEWP, etc.) where this system may be purchased, if applicable.
