Specifications include, but are not limited to: All interested parties shall walk the entire district to complete their own compiled filter list to ensure correct sizing and location of equipment, verification will be done by PAISD. Filters: Filter material to be used must meet Ashrea standard of 52.2 guide lines for indoor air quality, PAISD will be using Ploy Link Paned depth loading filters along with cardboard disposal surface loading filter and polyester pad loading filters. A quarterly report shall be issued that list all HVAC units that were serviced along with the date the filter(s) were changed. Notify PAISD of any unusual problems that may be found while replacing filters, such as units freezing up, loose belts, drain pan leaks, etc. *Filters shall be sized correctly and installed in all units designated, used filters must be removed from campus. The Memorial High School and the Cate Tecnology building filters will be dropped off and counted for Maintenance to install, all other locations are to be handled by the approved contracting firm. Filters are to be replaced on a 45 day cycle.
