The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is seeking establishment of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for Non-Emergency Transportation Services as described in the following solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP): RFP-AFRG-CO-24-0013.
The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract award. The Contract will include one (1) twelve-month Base Period, with four (4) twelve-month Option Periods, with a Period of Performance (PoP) of 06/18/2024 – 06/17/2029. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process.
This is a 100% small business set aside requirement utilizing NAICS code 485999 All Other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation.

Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST Thursday 06/20/2024, and must follow these instructions:
- Use Microsoft Office compatible files or Adobe PDF. Other file extensions will not be accepted.
- In addition to the proposals for all requirements, all information required in the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your proposals.
- Completion of Attachment A Pricing Worksheet is required for all proposal submissions.
- Email your complete proposals to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line “Proposals for RFP-AFRG-CO-24-0013, Attn: RVBrown/GLJohnson.”
Only complete proposals submitted to the e-mail address above, by the established due date, will be considered. Any packages submitted after the established closing date and time will not be guaranteed consideration.
