This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses and large businesses if required (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.
DISA J6 is seeking information from potential sources for various skill sets and Subject Matter Experts (SME) support for the complex classified and unclassified objective areas within the J6-Endpoint and Global Services (GSV) Directorate, which has several portfolios, programs, and projects at various stages of completion or execution. These portfolios, programs, and projects require skill sets and SMEs in multiple disciplines and at different levels of expertise. The SMEs will be required to work seamlessly across classified and unclassified domains, as well as seamlessly navigate between classified, acknowledged, and unacknowledged Special Access Programs (SAP), and unclassified information. They will be required to interact with officials at all levels of Government and shall be knowledgeable of and demonstrate the decorum to comply with proper protocol for the specific level of engagement.
