This section describes the work that will be required under this contract.
Hazardous Materials Assessment and Hazardous Waste Inventory of eight (8) government
buildings by a State of Oregon Accredited individual for the identification, handling, and
disposal of hazardous waste.
Contractor shall provide documentation of training certifications and accreditation, as
required by the State of Oregon – Department of Environmental Quality, for asbestos and
lead based paint inspection.
Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all applicable Federal, State and local permits
and payment of associated fees.
Hazardous Materials Assessment and Hazardous Waste Inventory include the identification,
sampling, analysis, and summary report for the following structures.
