Must Have Specifications/Technical Requirements (Salient Characteristics)
- Annual Preventative Maintenance
- As necessary, on-site service and repair of the PromethION.
- Rapid diagnostic evaluation of the instrument with repair work, all parts and service included.
- Hardware and software updates.
