Inspect Towers, F82,F752,F793 and F812
Complete preventive maintenance inspections on antenna tower structures (F82, F752, F793, F812) as specified in the Statement of Work; Appendix C -INSPECTION PROCEDURES. This work is located at VAFB, Enid OK. All details are listed in the Statement of Work and should be reviewed in reference to complete all inspection procedures on the following facillities.
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Any award will result in a contract between ASRC and selected contractor. There will be no privity of contract between selected contractor and the US Government. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available by issuance of funds against ASRC’s BOS contract. ASRC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event ASRC cancels this solicitation, ASRC has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred.
All work is to be completed in 75 days.
- The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, consumable materials,
supplies, tools, and other items to complete the construction as listed in the scope of
work. All quotes shall include all shipping charges for completion of the project. The
contractor will coordinate all work with ASRC Federal Field Services (AFFS) Construction
Management prior to execution. The list of items below are to be considered the general
scope of work for the project.
- Complete all inspection procedures on the following facilities (see APPENDIX C –INSPECTION PROCEDURES). Compile an inspection report that summarizes all inspectionfindings and recommended corrective maintenance. Additional details are described:
1. Antenna Towers, Self-Supported:
a. 4 towers at facility 793 (see Appendix A – Site Photos for location).
b. 3 towers at facility 752 (see Appendix A – Site Photos for location).
c. 1 tower at facility 82 (see Appendix A – Site Photos for location).
2. Antenna Towers, Guy Wire Supported:
a. 1 tower at facility 752 (see Appendix A – Site Photos for location).
b. 1 tower at facility 793 (see Appendix A – Site Photos for location).
c. 1 tower at facility 812 (see Appendix A – Site Photos for location).
3. Contractor shall field verify all tower locations and types
4. Provide inspection reports documenting the results of all listed inspections as well as specific maintenance and repair recommendations to address any noted deficiencies.
Clean site to preconstruction or better.
The Contractor shall provide a standard 1-year Warranty for all labor and material from
date of the base’s acceptance of completion in accordance with Federal Acquisition
Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-21.
Proposals must be valid for a minimum of 90 days.

All RFI's will be due on the 21st of May 2024 by the end of business. All RFI's must be submitted on the Q&A form attached and submitted to shari.lamunyon.ctr@us.af.mil
Questions will be answered via an ADDENDUM to this solicitation shortly thereafter.
NO BIDS will be accepted or considered after the proposal date and time.
