Amendment 0001 changes Solicitation Name to Dynamic Hoist Training Services and incorporates the following:
a) Questions & Answers as of 06 May 24 as separate attachment...
b) PWS revised 06 May 24
c) Closing date remains unchanged at 16 May 24.
d) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
In accordance with Performance Work Statement entitled "Dynamic Hoist Training Services", the contractor shall: provide detailed, safety-oriented training for the AKARNG in support of Advanced Helicopter Hoist technique (“Fluid” Dynamic) for Insertion and Extraction for Rescue Missions in mountainous, high altitude, and urban environments for a minimum of six pilots, six hoist operators, and seven medics/rescue specialists. Training shall be broken down in a manner to provide measured progression for students to ensure mastery of the training elements. Modules should be flexible based on student needs, student progression and potential delays. Advanced hoist operations instruction shall be comprised of Pilot teams, Crew Chief/Hoist Operators and Medic/Rescue Specialists; Assistance in developing procedures/checks, SOP/SOG for Hoist Operations; and provide all associated operations equipment for training duration. Refer to PWS for list of equipment to be trained on and used during the dynamic hoist training.
