This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 325413. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity type contract with firm fixed-prices for a base period and four option periods, not to exceed 60 months to the successful quoter.
The Government has a requirement for reagents and consumables for government owned Ortho Vision Analyzers. Interested vendors shall provide a statement from the manufacturer to document that they are an authorized distributor for these reagents in the Republic of Korea.
