UPDATE 01

The purpose of this update is to incorporate Revision 01 of the SOW into this announcment and replace the previous version of this document. This revision provides calrification on the minimum specifications regarding light fixtures to be replaced durign the perfromance of this project. No other changes to the scope were made in this revision.

The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking bids for the refurbishment of parking lot and related infrastructure for the FLO Air Traffic Control Tower Facility (Vicinity: Florence, SC).
The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 90 calendar days after contract award and Notice To Proceed (NTP) after required pre-work activities defined in the attachments to this message. The estimated value of this construction project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00.
This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses Administration 8(a) program participants. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and possess the SBA 8(a) certification letter for their company to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR.
This project is funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). See attached Uniform Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Report located in the attachments and BIL 3.18-1 in the SIR document for instructions for additional reporting requirements associated with BIL funded projects.
All documents attached to this announcement are considered by the FAA to be in final format at this time.
