General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area: Starting at the intersection of Cherrywood Lane and Greenbelt Road (193), travel east on Greenbelt Road (193) to Southway, travel north on Southway to Crescent Road, travel on Crescent Road to Kenilworth Avenue and Edmonston Road (201), travel Edmonston Road (201) to where it meets Beaverdam Creek and Indian Creek, follow Indian creek south to where it meets Capital Beltway (495), travel south on the Capital Beltway (495) to Cherrywood Lane, travel south on Cherrywood Lane, ending at Greenbelt Road (193).

Additional Requirements:
- Offered space shall be located on a maximum of two contiguous floors. Smallest block of space offered on any one floor cannot be less than 7,500 ABOA
- The 110 unreserved parking spaces must be located on-site
- Offered space cannot be located in a building that houses a daycare or school
- Offered space cannot be co-located in the same building as Federal Public Defender or US Attorneys Offered
Space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Greenbelt, Maryland that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
