This project secures site development and construction services of a Sonobuoy Storage Building and an Air Ops Storage Building that align with provided drawings and specifications. This project includes an option for the site development and construction of a Hazmat building should current investigations into the refurbishment viability of an adjacent building prove impracticable. This project includes a Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) Option CLIN for the acquisition and placement of various moveable items included in one or more of the constructed buildings.
