Conduct blood draws on up to 60 Hot Shot Crew members. The blood draws shall be three times (beginning, middle, and end of fire season) per year. Below is the blood

The contractor must provide a laboratory in Flagstaff, AZ and/or Show Low, AZ for the firefighters to report to for the blood draws.
