The Contractor shall provide supervision, labor, material, and equipment required to perform all work for the following project: Provide, deliver, connect, and make fully operational one dual fuel power steam boiler rental(s) @ building 7CC Chandler St. Newport Naval Station, Newport RI. All work shall be done in a manner to provide a complete, usable and finished product. See section “16. Work Requirements (boiler rental)” and section “17 Work Requirements.” for an expanded and detailed scope of work.
All work shall be performed in accordance with, but not limited to, the standards referenced herein, state and federal codes, laws and regulations, and the Unified Facilities Criteria.
