Specifications include, but are not limited to: The consultant shall meet with affected landowners, public agencies, and other concerned groups. Issues, concerns, and suggestions identified through this process shall be documented and addressed in the evaluation and final report. • Develop a SWMM model based on current conditions, proposed development and land use plans, and future anticipated development. • Use the hydrologic model to analyze and develop system extensions needed to meet projected storm water collection and conveyance requirements. The final master plan of the watersheds shall consider alternatives for preliminary land use layout, street and grading master plan, drainage master plan with corridors and detention or retention facilities guidelines. Consideration should also be given to the impacts of future development on water quality throughout the watershed. The plan shall include recommendations for project features that will preserve and maintain water quality. • Prepare and present a final report containing detailed conclusions and recommendations on preferred alternatives and master plans, including preliminary design layouts and preliminary cost estimates for the recommendations.
