LIST OF CHANGES:

• [PWS] Subsection 4.1 removed as a requirement. All other subsections re-numbered accordingly.
• [PWS] All instances of “customer” changed to the appropriate use of “Government” or “the Government”
• [PWS] SS-01 edited to incorporate Synopsis/Solicitation language regarding the need for 200 laptops NLT 21 days ARO.
• [ATTACHMENTS] Responses to clarifying questions have been added in the list of attachments.

Please note the two seperate deadlines (one for submission of questions, one for submission of proposals) as well as the need for a specific delivery time (ARO) in the Instructions to Offerors and Basis for Award.
