The purpose of this amendment to the notice is to attach the Q and As as of 12 Apr.
This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government’s requirement for High Temperature Control Valves in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 – Control Valve Data Sheets. The following types of valves are required: High Pressure Air Pressure Reducing Valve, Hot Air Supply Pressure Control Valve, Hot Air Supply Back Pressure Valve, Hot Air Supply Flow Control Valve, and Very High Temperature Flow Control Valve.

Valves may be installed in hazardous locations (Class 1 Div 2 Group C, D), inside test cells/vacuum chambers. Valves must be able to operate successfully at sub-atmospheric conditions.
While some valves are at near ambient temperatures, of particular interest are the valves operating over 1,000 F and up to 1,500 F.
Valves may be straight or wye pattern.
Actuators are to be air suitable for supply pressures up to 150 psig, but operable at pressures from 60-80 psig.
Delivery is required to Arnold Air Force Base located in Tennessee.
