The proposed contract action is for a Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system to be integrated into the Army CONUS Enterprise LMR systems. The Product Lead Base Emergency Communications System (PL BECS) requires sources to supply Fort Novosel, Alabama, and Holston Army Ammunition Plant (HAAP) said LMR systems. Specific requirements include to Engineer, Furnish, Install, Secure and Test (EFIS&T) and make operational a trunked LMR system comprised of LMR infrastructure, subscriber equipment, services, warranty, and licenses to ensure all necessary equipment is fully functional and integrated with existing CONUS LMR systems. Services include project management, systems engineering, site preparation, equipment installation and optimization, security implementation, acceptance testing, training, and maintenance support for the subsystems.
