The Ashley National Forest is planning to replace the existing flushing restroom at Antelope Boat Ramp with a new precast flushing restroom. The flush building shall be designed to meet the following criteria: Men’s side shall include a sink, urinal, and one flushing toilet and the Women’s side shall include a sink and two flushing toilets The contractor shall fabricate, deliver, off-load, and set/assemble the new precast concrete restroom building. The contractor shall provide a toilet building that must be fully accessible and must meet the design standard for naturally ventilated, odor free buildings. The building will be a CXT TAOS or approved equivalent with a footprint of approximately 20’X26’. The precast concrete building shall be delivered in a completed state with
minimal fieldwork required to replace and complete installation on the site. No paintings except touch up may be completed at the site. No concrete work shall be allowed at the site as part of the building construction. The contractor shall provide a crane and crew to off-load and set the concrete restroom. The contractor shall provide acrew to make sewer and water connections.
