The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Operations Directorate, Asset Visibility Division (COA) has a requirement for 100 percent inspection, comprehensive distress identification and analysis, and supplemental non-destructive data collection for all primary and secondary ranked airfield pavements at Keesler AFB, MS as indicated by Attachment 1. The contractor shall provide all necessary engineering, GIS, software, technology and related services, including Quality Control, required to collect, store, deliver, and analyze pavement distress data, various pavement attributes, pavement images, and data from all other specified sources, in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
As part of this effort, the contractor will provide both a Software Viewing Tool and Software Data Processing and Management Application to be hosted on the United States Government’s (USG) secure cloud platform. The contractor will subsequently provide raw collected data to the Data Processing and Management Application, and all post-processed data, indices, and other measures of interest in the Data Processing and Management Application and/or Software Viewing Tool.
