Specifications include, but are not limited to:Project involves the following at the Carvel State Office Building in Wilmington, Delaware: removing and replacing all existing roof systems to existing decks with a cold-applied, 2-ply, SBS Modified Membrane System with granular cap sheet; removing, repairing/re-conditioning and reinstalling solar panel arrays; removing, replacing and reinstalling lightning arrestor system components as required and providing re-certification; re-positioning and reinstalling communications systems cables and attachments to facilitate roofing system installation, WITH NO SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS; re-positioning small AC units to facilitate roofing system installation; removing and replacing all parapet wall metal copings; removing and replacing the 2nd floor cafeteria balcony roof to the existing deck with a cold-applied, 2-ply, SBS Modified Membrane System with granular cap sheet; modifying existing tubular steel railings at two 12thfloor plaza decks; furnishing and installing code-compliant guard rails at parapet walls as indicated
