The purpose of this solicitation is for the purchase of wireless networking equipment required to provide network bridges across long distances on remote DoD test ranges supporting on-going missions. All wireless networking equipment must conform to U.S. government, DoD, and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations for production, certification, and authorization to operate. The Cambium PTP 820G equipment being sought is DoD or U.S. Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant, is certified in compliance with DoD DISA frequency compliance, and operates in FCC radio bands allocate for DoD testing. The desired equipment provides 1 gigabit/second transmissions in full-duplex across ranges up to 10 kilometers. The Cambium Links shall reference Attachment (Atch) 1 – Specifications. The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold Air Force Base located in Tennessee anticipates the use of a firm-fixed price contract with a 120 day Period of Performance for the procurement of three Cambium Link Networks. Currently, the Government anticipates awarding this acquisition to one vendor that is both capable of providing the required product on Atch 1 – Specifications and provides the lowest technically acceptable offer.
