The Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) invites participation from all those engaged in related research activities and appreciates responses from all capable and qualified sources.
The Government is requesting information on RCRA environmental laboratory analysis in support of permit closure activities in accordance with Department of Army Base Realignment and Closure and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for Pueblo Chemical Depot. This RFI is to facilitate the contracting officers review of the market base, for acquisition planning, size determination, and procurement strategy.
DEVCOM CBC requires a qualified vendor to provide all the necessary labor, supervisor, and materials to analyze RCRA environmental samples in the support of hazardous waste permit. The types of samples that are required to be analyzed will come from Concrete Chip, Soil, and Wipe media. The samples will be analyzed using four (4) different methodologies, as follows:
1. Agent
2. Agent Degradation Products (ADP)
3. Pentachlorophenol (PCP)
4. Metals
In addition, it will also be a requirement to analyze Substructural Soil Samples, Judgmental Samples, and any Resampling Events as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
