Specifications include, but are not limited to:The successful vendor will be contracted to provide an economic impact study using a Tourism Satellite Account on the 2015 travel year. The economic impact model should incorporate a consistent methodology that communicates the value of the tourism industry to the State of North Dakota. The economic impact study should include a full report on travel to North Dakota for the 2015 calendar year with topline comparable data for the previous five years. The study should also provide a review of the previous TSA and provide any data adjustments and explanations for the revisions. The vendor should use a similar methodology and North Dakota specific insights-including outreach to casinos, National Park Service and private foundations-used in previous work to maintain consistent comparisons. Any suggested changes in format must include justification and purchasing agency approval. 3.02 Deliverables The contractor will be required to provide the following deliverables: Proposed project plan and schedule to be approved by purchasing agency Full Economic Impact report on North Dakota travel in 2015. Electronic copy of report must be presented to the appropriate staff of purchasing agency by agreed upon date in project schedule. Report must include the items listed below, at a minimum: Number of visitors (resident, non-resident, Canadian and international) Trip demographics including length of stay and purpose of trip (leisure and business) Tourism expenditures including direct and induced
