Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Allen is soliciting quotes to establish firm pricing for an annual contract for HVAC Filter Replacement Services from qualified vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth. The successful Contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to perform filter replacement services at the frequencies specified for various facilities for City of Allen. Contractor shall furnish and install new air filters and dispose of the used filters off site. The City shall not provide storage space for the Contractor’s equipment or supplies. History indicates that the Vendor will need a genie lift and a ladder for some of the facilities. Vendors shall furnish their own storage space for their own supplies/equipment. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS Times of Service Filter replacement services shall be scheduled through the Department POC’s at least one day prior to performing service. All work shall be scheduled during normal operating hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and shall not interfere with the functions of City employees in their regular course of duty. Such work shall be performed in a safe manner with minimum inconvenience to facility occupants. Any work performed outside of the established operating hours must be approved by the City of Allen.
