This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation 70LGLY24QGLB00018 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and the associated NAICS code 326299 with Size Standard 650 employees.
REQUIREMENT:
0001- Provide 1.8 million pounds of ballistic rubber crumb. The rubber crumb shall be free of any
steel belting and suitable for a firearms range backstop. The diameter of the ballistic rubber crumb shall
be no smaller than 3/4 inch and no larger than 1 inch. The ballisticc rubber crumb shall be clean and free
of any trash. The 1.8 million pounds shall be packaged in “Super Sacks” consistent with industry standard
and each “Super Sack” shall contain 2000 pounds of the rubber crumb. The rubber crumb delivery must
be included in price.

Soft Glove delivery service is required. The contactor shall coordinate with the Government
POC on site delivery from June 01, 2024-June 15, 2024, to assist with receiving, placement, and passage
of shipping trucks through the FLETC security process. The contractor assist the unloading and staging
the “Super Sacks” of rubber crumb on each designated firearms range in coordination with Training
Venue OperationsGovernment POC requests. FLETC will provide an all-terrain telehandler forklift with
capabilities to unload each delivery. The Contractor must provided a tentative schedule for delivery as part of the submission as part as partof technical capability evaluation. All drivers must be able to pass background check
