Specifications include, but are not limited to:Overview The Department, is soliciting proposals to establish a pre-qualified vendor pool to provide inspection services for the North Dakota Weed Seed Free Forage Program (WSFF). The Department wants assistance to do inspections of forage crop acres. Inspections will follow minimum standards and guidelines set forth by the North American Invasive Species Management Association (NAISMA). The Department plans to award contracts to multiple vendors. Once the contracts are in place, the Department will select vendors from the pool based on geographic location and availability. The goal of the WSFF is to mitigate the risk of spreading NAISMA and North Dakota noxious weeds; and to protect public and private lands from introduction of non-native, invasive plant species by recreationalists and other land users
