The Contractor shall be responsible for a full range of security guard and management duties, including planning, scheduling, report preparation, record preparation and maintenance, and quality control. The Contractor shall provide an adequately qualified staff of contract security guards (hereinafter referred to as CSG) personnel to perform all required security guard services outlined in the PWS. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure the new requirements are complied with and met in accordance with (IAW) timelines as published in any new guidance as regulatory requirements change and become updated or superseded by more current regulatory guidance. The Contractor shall have a management staff with the necessary management expertise to ensure sound and efficient management practices in the performance of the work required under this PWS. The Contractor shall provide all vehicles necessary for the performance of services, to include emergency light equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the CSG services as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
