REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
The Contractor shall hire, train, and supervise personnel to perform food preparation, and food serving. The Contractor will maintain sanitation requirements in support of contract cook support duties. Base subsistence support for Soldiers will be for breakfast, served at 0600-0800, and lunch meals, served at 1700-1900, Sunday through Saturday. Contractor shall provide all food for preparation (cold storage container available on site). Sample food menu will be provided with your capability statement. The work schedule will comply with all labor. This will also include preparation for remote site feeding of Soldiers during training on Fort Riley.
If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
