This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business under NAICS Code 238910.
All questions must be received no later than 1:00 PM Easter Time on 23 February 2024. Questions will be submitted to the Contract Specialist Amber Drones at amber.l.drones@usace.army.mil.
